RE: 210 S West End – Sack Renovation
Change Order 1
Scope of Change Order 1:
1. Addition of snowmelt to all decks.
2. Addition of solar panels to offset REMP fee.
3. Redesigned back stair to meet site and existing building conditions.
4. Revised FAR and Net Area calculations because of #3 above.
5. Revised wall and roof demolition calculations for zoning based on door and window
changes and necessary structural enhancements due to discovered inefficiencies.
6. Addition of fire sprinkler system throughout building at the request of the fire
marshall. Addition of insulation to meet code at upper level roof to allow fire sprinkler
installation.
7. Structural additions and revisions due to discovered inefficiencies.
