We understand the proposed remodel is an interior remodel to an existing residence. Once demolition can
begin, the interior wall and ceiling finishes shall be at least partially removed to allow observation of the existing
structural system. We shall be contacted to perform a site observation of the exposed structure to determine
the structural implications of the proposed remodel and any necessary structural revisions. This shall be done
prior to proceeding with the removal or modification of any framing members.
