RE: Verification of Structural Integrity for 530 Riverside Ave. Deck Repair
To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is to verify that I will be involved in the construction administration process for
the deck repair for this project. At this time we do not anticipate modifying any existing
structural elements in this project and there is no currently visible indication of water
damage to the structure. If once the repair process has started we discover that structural
elements will need to be modified, repaired or replaced a structural plan will be created and
submitted as a change order to the original project.
