Thank you for your thorough review of our project. Please find your comments and the associated
responses listed below for the above-referenced project.
1. Sheet C6.1 – Since access to the mechanical room for both units will be handled through a
condominiumization of this property, no water service line work shall occur prior to the
finalization of the condo plat.
YCCD Response: Owner understands and acknowledges this requirement.
2. Sheet C6.1 – Provide easement language for the transformer.
YCCD Response: The easement language is being included with the resubmittal.
3. Sheet C2.1 – Call out water service line size. Connection at the main shall follow COA Water
Department standards for a 2" service line.
YCCD Response: The label has been revised on Sheet C6.1 accordingly. Water Note 3 on
Sheet C6.0 has also been revised relative to the 2-inch water service size.
