Thank you Tim! The vote was in the affirmative to approve: "The Board of Directors hereby approves of the installation
of a window in Unit 1, as outlined in the letter, photograph, and architectural progress set presented by Tim Andrulaitis
of Zone 4 Architects, agent for the homeowners of Unit 1, dated November 10, 2017. The Board hereby delegates
Charles McCartney, managing agent of the Pitkin Row Condominium Association, to approve or disapprove any further
requests relative to the planned remodel of Unit 1 that require Association approval; Charles McCartney will bring any
requests for approval that he receives to the Board of Directors if he deems the request to be significant or unusual."
Any other structural changes or those affecting any common elements should be brought to the attention of Charles and
our office. In most cases, he should be able to approve them directly.
I am out of the office this morning, but I should be able to get a signed letter to you first thing tomorrow if that is
necessary in addition to this email.

We have sent all documents to the Board and have also walked the property (PRT1) with one of the Pitkin Row Board
Members on site. I will follow up with them shortly to hopefully receive their approval or any further questions.

Brittany,
I hope you had a great thanksgiving holiday.
I was just checking in on the progress for HOA approval on 120 Spring Street unit #1 (Ruth Remodel). As you know we
need HOA approval prior to permit submittal.
Zone 4 is ready to submit for permit as soon as we get HOA approval. If you could please give me an approximate
schedule for the HOA process it would help me schedule accordingly and keep the clients informed on progress.
