Overflow pipes have been added to the design to release at the historic rate and can be seen
on sheet C8.0 in plan view and sheet C9.0 in profile view. Calculations have been included in
the drainage report on page 18.
Overflow pipes have been added to the design to release at the historic rate and can be seen
on sheet C8.0 in plan view and sheet C9.0 in profile view. Calculations have been included in
the drainage report on page 18.
Information regarding the sleeve has been included on the profiles on sheet C9.0. The
proposed sleeve is a 2" larger pipe to prevent issues with exact location and slope. An email
from the structural engineering has been included with this submittal regarding this sleeve.
Inlets used in vehicle areas will use an "Envirohood", which allows the inlet to catch floating
debris and oils. A "Flexstorm" filter will also be added to these inlets to prevent debris from
entering the system. see sheet C8 for structure details on inlets A6 and A7.
Pipe has been updated to be sleeved through the foundation and will not disturb soil below
the wall. see sheet C9.0 for sleeve information

More information is required.
What size and material is the
existing stub out? What size
service line does the project
require (fire calcs required)? If
service line is K-copper and the
appropriate size, testing of the
line will be required. It is
suggested the property retap for
the best service. All this
information needs to be included
in the plans for permit issuance.

Large landscaping should not be
installed above services lines. It
decreases life and creates future
maintenance issues.
Applicant must verify capacity of
transformer. If an upgraded
transformer is required, then the
plans must include new location
and proper clearances and
easement language. Please
adjust plans to complete
electrical design.

for best service.

The design has been updated to abandon the existing
water tap and a new 2" water tap will be installed in
the right of way. See sheet C10.0 for updated water
service. An email regarding capacity for fire
suppression is included with this submittal.
Utilities have been relocated to work better with existing and proposed trees. Landscaping has
coordinated with RFE to work with the proposed utilities. see sheet C10.0 for utilities with tree
backgrounds.

RFE and Holy Cross Energy coordinated and the
existing transformer will have to be upgraded. The
transformer is located within an existing easement and
does not need updated easement information. See
updates on sheet C10.0.
Water service alignment has been established to avoid existing trees and to reduce
the amount of asphalt cuts per the HOA. See sheet C10.0 for minorly adjusted
alignment.
Water Design Inc. has verified that there is not a pool drain. If the pool does need to be
drained it will take place in the equipment room and will slowly be released into the
sanitary sewer system. An email referring to this conversation is included with this
submittal. A note on page C11.0 states to not tie pool drain into foundation drain.
In addition to the comment responses, there were several items that have been altered in the design.
The construction of the micropile and soil nail walls have driven changes to match existing conditions.
Alterations to the grading were required, which effected basins and subbasins. New information regarding
the sewer drove several items regarding the utility plan. Additionally, the pool design drove several
coordination items that altered the civil design around the pool.
