We are going to accept that the original numbers were slightly inaccurate and that the change order calculations are accurate. I was directed to upload this email chain to the permit for our records. The change in use from garage to not garage wouldn’t impact the overall gross floor area. The bump out for the fireplace would increase both gross floor area and calculated floor area. I see that building hasn’t started their review – I’m going to open my zoning review back up to working on the permit. <image001.png>   Sophie Varga Zoning Enforcement Officer Community Development c: 970.274.7256 To promote the health and safety of our staff and community and to minimize the spread of COVID-19, Community Development staff are conducting business by email and phone and are only available in person by appointment.
