Pre-Submittal Approval for 1320 Snowbunny Lane
Dear Julie,
This letter will serve as your authorization from the City of Aspen Water Efficient Landscape Plans
Review Technican to proceed with a building permit application. The Plans Review Technician found that
the plans and documents you prepared comply with the pre-submittal requirements of the WELS.
Other reviews not related to water efficiency from other City Departments will be required to receive
your building permit. Please coordinate these with your Permit Coordinator.
The City will be working with you during the permitting process on compliance with the Water Efficient
Landscaping Standards, City of Aspen Ordinance #17, Series 2018.

The Water Efficient Landscaping Standards Ordinance requires inspection by the City of Aspen Parks
Department and a third party certified irrigation auditor prior to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy.
Please refer to the Standards for these criteria.
