Please confirm that this statement is accurate for Sheet IR-1. For example, A9 appears to be serving areas in ROW and on the
property. This zone is also serving high water bluegrass and low water buffalo grass. Revise plans to be consistent with statement
#14, and place plants of similar water needs in same hydrozone and irrigation valve.

A4 and A15 are serving low to medium water-use perennial plants, not high use as indicated on the worksheet. City staff discussed
this with DHM and staff agreed to a higher water designation in order to best serve a particular set of circumstances, as described by
the LA. Please explain the site conditions further, i.e. east side water needs v. west side water needs for these two perennial beds

Valve A14 isn't graphically connected to a lateral line, although it appears to be serving a drip line to trees. The water budget
indicates that this valve is serving overhead sprinklers, not drip. Revise worksheet and/or plans accordingly.

These ROW zones are serving existing bluegrass turf, therefore they should be very high water-use hydrozones. Revise
accordingly. ROW zones are still excluded from the calculations.

The excavation for the fence footers in these locations will dramatically affect the health of these mature trees. Consider re-locating
the footers outside the dripline of the existing trees, where feasible, to reduce impacts to established root systems.

These new trees should be in a hydrozone and served by the drip irrigation system; they presently are not on separate valves
according to IR-1. Revise irrigation plans and calculations accordingly. Please contact City Forester to confirm the locations of these
two new trees. Over-planting/crowding of existing and proposed trees in this area is a concern.
