Comment Response
The purpose of the memorandum is to provide comment responses for 1320 Snowbunny
Lane.
Comment 1: There should be 467 SF of irrigated ROW indicated here, as in previously
reviewed plans.
Hines Response: WELS table and plans updated to indicate 467 SF of irrigated
ROW.
Comment 2: Identify the proposed spa on this plan. The surface area of the spa must
be included in the water budget calculations as per WELS Section 4.3.3. Revise plans
and calculations.
Hines Response: The spa has been identified on the plans and 105 square feet
has been added to the water budget calculations on the WELS form.
