Comment 1: There should be 467 SF of irrigated ROW indicated here, as in previously reviewed plans. Hines Response: WELS table and plans updated to indicate 467 SF of irrigated ROW. Comment 2: Identify the proposed spa on this plan. The surface area of the spa must be included in the water budget calculations as per WELS Section 4.3.3. Revise plans and calculations.
