Please update deck calculations to include built-in
firepit, bbq, and bbq counter. Built-in hot tub also
needs to be added to the deck calculations. I am
measuring a minimum of 36 square feet that need
to be added to floor area calculations. This
assumes that no furniture is built in.
If any furniture is permanent please also include
those in deck calculations.
