WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a change order between the City Council and Stutsman Gerbaz Inc., a true and accurate copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A", and, WHEREAS, City Council considered and approved the agreement at a regular council meeting on April 22, 2025: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves the Change Order to the agreement between The City of Aspen and Stutsman Gerbaz Inc., a copy of which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the Interim City Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Aspen.
