The mechanical plans and schedule, the architectural snowmelt plan, and this form all need to be accurate and consistent regarding new snowmelt and the architectural snowmelt plan needs to clearly identify new snowmelt vs existing snowmelt. Provide documentation of the boiler efficiency claimed on the CREMP worksheet, cutsheet submitted did not provide that information. m =-- Subject: PlanCheck ea Page Label: 4 t The letter submitted specifically s Author:justinh notes that the effects of applying File Name: 0016.2019.ACBK MEP&ENERGY BuildingComm spray foam over spray applied — — fire resistive material have not ent_1.pdf Color: • been investigated unless otherwise noted in an individual design or certification. This alludes to it having worked on past projects but gives no real specifics. It also appears to be specific to CAFCO SFRM,which is not one of the approved SFRMs per the UL listing you've chosen. This document seems to allude more to it being possible, rather than it being approved. Original comment requesting documentation that you can apply spray foam over your spray applied fireproofing still stands. Submit a signed and stamped report from a fire protection engineer which states how this assembly can be constructed without compromising the integrity of the SFRM. Attached is an example of such a report he had submitted for a similar situation on a past project. Subject: PlanCheck Page Label: 4 Acknowledged, comment Author:justinh unresolved currently. Please go through the ComCheck report to make sure you are using the correct insulation values from the correct assemblies, currently about 50% of the wall assemblies I've spot checked on this report have not matched the relevant assembly detailed on A9.1 per the wall tags called out on A0.10.
