appears to be a commercial
kitchen. What is the intended
use and is it related/accessory to
any other units? As a
commercial kitchen, it is an
employee work area only
requiring an accessible
entrance, turnaround, and exit.
However, if it is a break room for
another office, then it must be
fully accessible (provide
enlarged plan and elevations
demonstrating compliance). If it
is a commercial kitchen, exhaust
is required and a type II and/or
type I hood may be required
depending on the equipment
installed. If the dishwasher is a
residential level model, and a
hood is not required by the
install instructions, then no hood
will be required. It appears that it
may be serving as a back of
house kitchen to Unit 4. If unit 4
is to become a restaurant,
provide seating layout and
occupant calculations and
update plumbing fixture
calculations.
In future, please provide a
document outlining any changes
you have made since the last
round that are not in response to
comments.

The shaft details are
complicated and do not appear
to be constructible. Installing two
layers of drywall with tape and
mud on the inside of the shaft
seems infeasible after rough ins
have been installed. Why the
double wall? Also, you are now
enclosing the bottom of the shaft
which relieves the need to rate
the mechanical room.
