A 5’ rear yard setback reduction was given for the upper floor deck. All aspects of the spiral stair also would have to be 5’ from the rear lot line. That hot tub on the ground level is sitting in the required rear yard setback and is not part of the approved variance. It would have to be no more than 30” deep and 30” tall. Can you work within these limits?
