Change the proposed exterior finish to horizontal
wood siding, to match the rest of the addition.
Dormer pitch is different from every
other roof pitch. The sliding doors cover
about a third of the wall. The deck
handrail is wood. On the same elevation:
wood garage doors were approved.
Dormer pitch to be increase to match the roof over
the stairs. This allows for a higher sliding door. The
prosed sliding door will be wider to better frame
the Master Bedroom view. The handrail to be
changed to glass for better view line. Garage Door:
owner would like to request frosted glass panels on
the door, while maintaining the approved
proportions.
The approved design is a wood railing. The owner would like to make this railing solid
(with wood horizontal siding) for privacy from
neighbors.

HPC Approval-2015 Design Updates-Proposed 2018
The proposed porch design was proposed
before the additions were removed.
After additions to north side of home were
removed, we were able to see what the original
structure looks like. See attached site pictures and
proposed porch design.
There was nothing approved for a
fireplace.
The living room fireplace needs to vent. The
proposed location is on the back side of the historic
home above the roof of the link. It is not noticeble
from the front or sides of the home.
There is nothing approved for natural
light in the lower level family area.
A skylight in the yard, that resembles a window
well, would provide natural light that the owner
would love to have for the family room.
Wood shingle was approved for Upper
Level exterior walls only.
