CHANGE ORDER NARRATIVE
209 E BLEEKER STREET
This change order is for the following revisions:
1. Exterior Window changes- deletion of windows, change in size, style, & some minor location
shifts. This occurs on the non-historic addition only. No changes to the Historic Cabin.
2. Changes to Interior plan layouts – Interior walls only.
3. Deletion of both spas (custom & drop-in)
4. Addition of 120 sf of snowmelt to the Unit B front porch
5. Design change to the Unit B front porch roof/canopy
6. Deletion of elevator (FAR recalculated to account for removal)
7. Fireplace (gas appliances) changes/ relocation
All exterior revisions have been reviewed and approved by HPC Monitor & staff.
