This is extremely confusing to read. What
makes more sense is to add two columns,
one to existing and one to proposed. The
new columns would be "gross" Floor
Area. FA should only be calculated FA
after exemptions have been applied. This
would allow us to see a 1 for 1 change
throughout the house.
