1.0 GENERAL PROJECT INFORNATION
1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete interior remodel of a 2000 sf townhome at the Villas of Aspen. Remodel to
include all new interior finishes, including 3 1/2 bathrooms, full kitchen, flooring.
1.2 PROJECT LOCATION
The project is located at the Villas of Aspen Townhomes, 100 North 8th Street.
The Villas of Aspen Townhomes complex at the intersection of W. Bleeker St.
and North 8th St. This Unit 34 is located in the southern most building and is
the third one in from the end.

2.0 PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
2.1 PERMITS / OTHER DOCUMENTATIONS
All applicable local, state, and federal permits will be maintained and copies will be kept
onsite during the duration of the renovation.
2.2 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
All residents of the Villas of Aspen Townhomes will be notified via hand delivered letter
describing the construction projects scopes of work and their relative tentative
schedules. The letter will also inform the recipients of the project representative’s
contact information.
2.3 PROJECT SIGN
A project sign will be posted at the site adjacent to Unit 34 so that it is readable from
the street and shall meet the criteria designated by the City Municipal Code.
2.4 CONTACT DESIGNATION
A Contact List will be included at the front of this CM Plan and will list the contact
information of the Owner, the On‐site Contractor, Safety officer, Traffic Control officer,
Aspen Fire Department, Aspen Police Department, and associated Utility companies.
Contact list to also include a reminder to call 911 in case of an emergency.
3.0 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
3.1 DATES OF CONSTRUCTION
Project is anticipated to begin with demolition at the end of August 2019 and be
completed by the end of December 2019
3.2 HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION
Construction hours shall be limited by the Villas of Aspen HOA guidelines (as they are
more stringent than the CoAspen) the hours of 8am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday
and 9am –5pm on Saturday as long the noise does not impact any of the neighbors. No
construction to occur on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, or during the week of Christmas
(12/25‐1/1).
3.3 ADJOINING PROPERTIES
No person shall excavate on land close enough to a property line to endanger any public
street, sidewalk, alley, other public or private property, or easement, without
supporting and protecting the property from any damage that may result from
construction operations. There is no exterior work included in this permit.
3.4 PROJECT FENCING
– Not Applicable Interior Remodel

3.5 NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
4.0 PROJECT MANAGENEMT
4.1 RIGHT OF WAY MANAGEMENT PLAN
There shall be no use or encroachment of any into the Right‐of‐Way
4.2 EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS
All construction activities will not impact continuous emergency vehicle access onto and
around the project’s site and adjoining streets.
4.3 CONSTRUCTION PARKING DETAILS
Subcontractors will be required to carpool to the site and provide their own city parking
permits if needed to perform their work. The townhome’s parking space to be utilized
for short term visits and material drop‐offs.
4.4 STAGING AREAS
The condo’s parking space is to be utilized for material drop‐offs prior to delivery into
the unit.
4.5 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER, MATERIALS STORAGE, AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Due to our limited construction schedule and space, we will not be utilizing a
construction Trailer at this site. During the demolition phase of the project, a small
construction dump trailer will be located in the parking space and area any cardboard
associated with the project will be collected and bundled for regular disposal to the
recycling center. After the demolition phase, all materials delivered to the site will be
staged in this parking space for immediate distribution into the unit. One portable
restroom will be located behind this dumpster in the parking lot and its location be
coordinated with / approved by the Villas of Aspen HOA.

5.0 TRAFFIC CONTROL
5.1 GENERAL
5.2 HAUL ROUTES
All heavy equipment shall enter and exit the site along the City of Aspen’s designated
hauling routes as designated below:
5.3 ONSITE VEHICLE LIMITATIONS
There shall be no more than one full size pick‐up truck on‐site at any one time to be
parked in Unit #34’s designated parking spot.
5.4 DELIVERY REUIREMENTS
All deliveries to the site will be in accordance to the City of Aspen’s requirements.
Deliveries to the site will be made during regular scheduled construction working hours.

7.0 FUGUTIVE DUST CONTROL
8.0 EMISSIONS
All vehicles and equipment used on site will be properly maintained such that the engines will
function within the manufacturer’s standards and specifications. Emissions from diesel engines
shall be of a shade or density no darker that 40% opacity, except upon starting in the first 10
seconds of operation.
9.0 NOISE SUPPRESSION
All activity that generates noise in excess of 80 decibels measured at the property line will be
restricted to operating between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. All such
activities listed in Appendix D shall implement each noise reduction suppression technique in
order to mitigate such excessive noise.
