THE FOLLOWING PLANS ARE INTENDED FOR WORK ON UNIT 1 @ 802 EAST COOPER AVENUE BUILDING.
UNIT 1 IS A 3 BEDROOM, 3 1/2" BATH SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING IN A MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING. SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF MOSTLY INTERIOR WORK WITH A FEW
WINDOW ALTERATIONS ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE MAIN LEVEL. RECONFIGURATION OF MASTER BATHROOM/CLOSET AND BEDROOM 1 (GUEST BEDROOM). RE-FINISHING OF BATHROOMS
(BOTH MASTER & GUEST). TEARING OUT LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM FIREPLACE SURROUNDS, LEAVING THE FIREPLACES IN PLACE, BUT RE-DESIGNING SURROUNDS. IT SHOULD
BE NOTED THAT NO WORK WILL TAKE PLACE AT BASEMENT LEVEL.
CHANGE ORDER 1 NARRATIVE: CHANGE ORDER ONE INCLUDES CHANGES TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. AN ADDITIONAL 3'-0" IS BEING ADDED TO GARAGE. CHANGES TO
WINDOWS ARE OCCURRED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA. THE MAN DOOR FROM THE GARAGE WAS REMOVED, AND A NEW DOOR IS BEING INTRODUCED
TO THE LIVING ROOM. THE EXISTING ENTRY DOOR IS BEING UPDATED/REPLACED BY A NEWER, MORE MODERN DOOR. THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS EXPANDED TO TAKE UP ROOM IN THE
GARAGE WHERE THE MAN DOOR WAS. THE LAUNDRY WILL NO LONGER BE IN THE BUILT IN CABINETRY IN THE DINING ROOM. EXISTING GAS FIREPLACES ARE NOW BEING REMOVED AND
TWO NEW MONTIGO FIREPLACES ARE REPLACING THEM IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. THERE WERE NO STRUCTURAL PLANS AT ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL, SO STRUCTURAL
DRAWINGS SUBMITTED WITH CHANGE ORDER ARE A RESULT OF INVESTIGATION ONSITE AND ADDED SCOPE OF WORK FOR CHANGE ORDER.
CHANGE ORDER 2 NARRATIVE: WINDOW #7 AND DOOR #1 FROM CHANGE ORDER 1 ARE NOW TO BE REMOVED AND A 7'-0" x 12'-0" SLIDING DOOR IS GOING TO TAKE THE PLACE ON
WEST WALL OF THE LIVING ROOM. SEE UPDATE MAIN LEVEL PLANS FOR CLOUDED CHANGES, AND UPDATED STRUCTURAL PLANS FOR NEW HEADERS FOR NEW DOOR.
