Re: 203 East Hallam
John – Per your request, the following is a description of the changes made from the original permit
submission and this current submission:
The differences between the Permit Set submitted on 08/16/18 and 9/10/19 are as follows for the
Architecture Drawings:
1. Modified the location of the roof deck to avoid mechanical equipment.

Plan Sheets
The areas in red below (water feature and two planters) have been removed.
Additional hanging planters on the 42” high fence are proposed on the south west section of fence in the
front yard

Snowmelt Plan
The area identified in red and magenta below are proposed to be snowmelted. The magenta area is on
an existing patio, the red areas were previously not improved.

Detail Sheets and Enlargements
L4.01 – There is an additional window of enlargement showing the proposed new hanging planters on the
42” high fence
L4.02 – Enlargement of the south east side yard has been added to show additional dimensional detail
around the trash enclosure
L4.03 – Rooftop Plan Enlargement has been modified in coordination with the architectural layout. A
horizontal rain screen has been added to the roof wings, the details of which are in the structural
drawings.
L5.02 – Detail 1, Rear View Fence Perspective was removed in favor of the more detailed information on
L4.02
L5.03 – Detail 1, Planter detail was updated with a toe kick
L5.04 – Detail 1, the hot tub now sits on the existing slab vs excavating and sinking the hot tub
L5.05 – Detail 2 showing the planters has been removed and detail 2 now shows details for the portable
step into the hot tub and the hot tub cover rack
L5.06 – Detail 1 – the approved portable fire pit has replaced the Paloform Robata
Civil Set
Backgrounds updated to reflect the latest landscape plan (no water feature, no planters on side yard) with
a drain inlet added next to the hot tub in the pebble area.

Pet turf detail removed fromC1.002 as it was a duplicate of the detail on landscape drawings
Lighting Set
Backgrounds updated to reflect the latest landscape plan (no water feature, no planters on side yard).
The lighting on the latest deck area was revised
