1) Page A02ez: Wall 4 appears to be exposed by the window well. Please revise diagram and calculations.
Response: A0.2ez has been updated.
2) Page: A0.2z: Please include the landing of the staircase as floor area.
Response: A0.2z has been updated.
3) Page A0.2z: This appears to include wall 5. Please revise diagram and calculations.
Response: A0.2z has been updated.
4) Page A0.2z: Please include the chase in the non-unit calculations.
Response: Chase was already included in SF number.
5) Page: A0.3z: Please include wall inside unit in net leasable calculations.
Response: A0.3z has been updated.
6) Page: A0.4z: Please differentiate different roof areas more clearly.
Response: A0.4z has been updated and reformatted to illustrate areas more clearly.
7) Mechanical Drawings: Please shift flues to comply with 26.575.020.F.4(a) - Allowed Exceptions to
Height Limitations. Chimneys, flues, and similar venting apparatus should be set back from any street
facing facades of the building a minimum of twenty feet.
Response: We believe the flues comply with 26.575.020.F.4(a) since this section pertains to exceptions
to height limits. The flues do not exceed the standard building height limits, so we are not asking for an
exception to the height limits. We will work with the City and the Zoning department on the potential
relocation of the venting during construction, if required.
8) Page A1.1 Please add dimension showing compliance with dimensional variance granted in Resolution
05-2016
Response: We’ve added dimensions to the egress light well showing compliance with the variance
granted in the resolution.
9) Page LXXX: Please show compliance with public amenity requirements per Resolution 01-2018. This
could be in the Architectural set or in the Landscape set. Showing compliance could be having shaded
areas with the square footage; there may be alternate ways to show compliance.

10) Numerous Sheets: Please remove roof-level elevator from all sheets.
Response: Roof level elevator stop has been removed from all sheets impacted by this change. Please
refer to architectural drawing set included in resubmittal documents
11) Please provide height over topography table and points on proposed roof plan and elevations.
Response: We have added a sheet to contain this information in a clear format. See sheet A0.7z and
A4.1 and A4.2.
12) Please provide cutsheets for all exterior lighting.
Response: An exterior lighting cut sheet package is being submitted for your review. Please refer to
current lighting drawings included in revised drawing package.
