can accept it for documentation
at permit. However, to document
the chain of custody and verify
that the right materials are
installed, an affidavit or other
evidence from the manufacturer
confirming compliance with the
simulation is required prior to
field inspection.

you will provide verification from
the manufacturer documenting
chain of custody and that the
materials shipped are the same
as was calculated in the
submitted calculation. Note that
