shall conform to these plans. All
changes shall be approved by
the building official.

PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, OR
FIRE SPRINKLER WORK

It should be known that this review shall
not relieve the applicant of their
responsibility to comply with the
requirements of the City of Aspen
Municipal Code. Pursuant to
Sec.26.104.050, any permit or approval
issued in error or otherwise not in
conformity with the requirements of this
Title, shall be void. Similarly, any permit
or approval issued in reliance upon or
as a result of, a materially false
statement or representation made in
the process of obtaining the permit or
development approval shall, likewise,
be void. Any person having received a
void or voidable permit or approval
shall not be relieved from having to
comply with all applicable terms and
conditions of this Title and the City shall
not be estopped from fully enforcing
same.

CHANGE ORDER NARRATIVE
209 E BLEEKER STREET
This change order is for the following revisions:
1. Exterior Window changes- deletion of windows (J,I,& H), new windows (SS & TT), & revision of
window F size & location. This occurs on the non-historic addition only. No changes to the
Historic Cabin.
2. Changes to Interior plan layouts at the Main Level only –
Unit B: Deletion of Bedroom #1 & Bath #1 to create one large Master Suite
Unit A: Walls added to enclose Kitchen area. New Interior doors (A-03 & A-110) added.
3. Revisions to Mechanical systems per new plan layouts.
All exterior revisions have been reviewed and approved by HPC Monitor & staff.
