Per your request, we visited the site on March 26, 2019 to observe the existing condition of the southwest
bedroom interior closet walls in the lower level. The crawl space was accessed to observe the framing below
the walls. No existing structure below the wall indicated significant load is being supported. The second floor
framing over the closet consists of glulam beams at roughly four feet on center. The glulam beams appear to
pass through the closet walls without being supported by them.
The observed conditions noted above indicate the southwest bedroom interior closet walls in the lower
level are non-structural walls. Please notify our office if any discrepancies are discovered.
