Hallam Aspen, CO Change Order No. 3 – 11/21/19 (Rev. 01/16/20) Items submitted for change order: • Main Level: we are requesting a change of location for the hot tub. The permit approved it on the Master Bedroom North Deck. The owner wants to move it to the south of the home, by the kitchen patio. The new spa will set against the wood fence. • Main Level: The floor at the closet by the West Entry (at the link) was adjusted to provide a better storage area while accommodating the link step. • Spiral Staircase: We are adding a new spiral staircase on the South deck for the Master Bedroom. It will go from the kitchen patio to the Master Deck.
