As a part of that project 8th St will be repaved to approximately the midpoint of the lot. There will be a new sidewalk, curb and gutter, pervious pavers, and bike share station on 8th St. Please coordinate with COA Engineering to ensure service line utility cuts happen first. BUI has included this in Note #3 on Sheet C.2. BUI has indicated this on Sheets C.2, C.3 & C.7. The City raised the elevation of Hallam St. by about 18" which prevents a straight grade that is ADA compliant. BUI has adjusted the grading using ramp runs under 8% and 2% landings. Per discussions with COA staff, there is a prescriptive easement which allows this work to be completed. 04/13/2018 Page: C.7 UTILITY AND UNDERGROUND PIPING PLAN Author: haileyg File Name: PermitSet.834WHallam.2018.02.pdf Cuts through the existing ditch are not permitted.
