Please address. Page: C.8 GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN Author: haileyg File Name: Civil.pdf A full design of the ROW is needed. The 8th St work performed by the City as a part of the Castle Creek Bridge Hallam St project has been moved up in the schedule and will most likely happen well before 834 W Hallam. The 834 Hallam project has opted to have Boundaries Unlimited and Madigan Construction do the design and construction of the extended work in the ROW. At this point the City will complete the original Hallam project plans and end the valleypan at station 1+00 per the Loris plans sheet 36. The 834 Hallam St project cannot demo the work the City has completed beyond station 1+26. The plan needs to match the City project aesthetically and provide a clean transition. Engineering cannot sign off on the permit until a clear resolution is in place. A resolution means demonstrating ADA compliant slopes are achieved along the sidewalk crossing the alley, the alley longitudinal slope is 12% or approved variance, and the 8th St roadway meets all City standards with a longitudinal slope that does not exceed 10% and cross slope 4%.
