Hello Nick,
Per our phone conversation we will not be providing a grease interceptor. There will be no commercial
food preparation and subsequent disposal on this property.
Thank you!

Bike parking is located adjacent to the alley behind and a little to the north of the
parking kiosk.

Thanks for passing those along. I quickly looked over them and it looks like no bike
parking is provided now, is that correct?
I recall that the bike parking is required from the TIA for this project so I will need bike
parking to be provided in order to comply with the landuse approvals.
Thanks,
PJ

Hi Dana,
I’m working on my review now. I noticed that the civil response letter says the
bike parking was relocated to not impede the sidewalk however the landscape
plans do not show a change in the bike parking, can you please check on that for
me?
Thanks,
PJ

Hi Dana,
Sophie is correct that fees are not final until the permit is fully approved by Denis.
Once Sophie has calculated impact fees we can give you an updated estimate.

Hi Dana,
We received the complete response to comments Friday afternoon.
I have reviewed one permit today and have one remaining permit before
reviewing this one. I can’t speak to what parks, engineering, or building’s
timelines are.
The fees aren’t final until the permit is fully approved by Denis. I can provide
zoning impact fees tomorrow that will be finalized once I approve the permit; I
don’t believe that anything besides an updated estimated can be provided prior
to Denis approving the permit.
Lauren will let you know a final answer on the fees.

We have forwarded the Parks items to Lauren and they are also included in the

Hi Dana,
The new Mechanical sheets are locked so that they cannot be swapped. I believe
that Lauren is also waiting on responses to Parks comments and I’m not sure
what else. Please supply Lauren with all the responses she needs as well as the
architectural set and either a full mechanical set or mechanical sheets that are
not locked. Once we have the documents required we can mark the response to
comments as complete.
