I have reviewed one permit today and have one remaining permit before reviewing this one. I can’t speak to what parks, engineering, or building’s timelines are. The fees aren’t final until the permit is fully approved by Denis. I can provide zoning impact fees tomorrow that will be finalized once I approve the permit; I don’t believe that anything besides an updated estimated can be provided prior to Denis approving the permit. Lauren will let you know a final answer on the fees. Sophie Varga Zoning Enforcement Officer Community Development 130 S.
