Hello again,
I am sending you a presentation for a proposed option for the Residential
Unit entry. The approved entry (from 2013 I believe) located the entry from
the back ally right next to the garbage enclosure. This option has you walk up
some stairs into a shady walk, and an almost “canyon” between a two story
wall and the historic cabin.
After a little review in office, Kim would like to consider changing the main
entry to the East side of the Residential Building. The proposal is a metal
staircase, that would still allow circulation from Main Street to alley, and
would allow for a more inviting entry. I am sending you the approved version
and the proposed version. I believe Kim already started to talk to you about
this, but please let me know if I can help clarify anything further.
