HPC Approval-October 2019 Design Updates-Proposed 2020
In october 2019, our client requested that
we integrete a water feature at the back
patio hot tub wall. It was approved to
build the section behind (south) and side
(east) of the tub as a CMU wall. This
would allow for the water feature to be
constructed.
The direction has changed, and the water feature
has been cancelled. We are requesting that we are
allowed to go back to the original HPC approved
wood fence.
