Hi all,
I have reviewed this permit and signed off for HPC. The application complies with the
HPC approval (thank you!) and no changes are needed. I will stay in the loop in case
any other department needs a modiļ¬cation that would affect the exterior or site.
The one item that does need to be addressed when it comes time to issue this permit is
the fee in lieu for the one parking space that HPC did not require be physically provided
on the site. The board had the authority to waive the space, but could not waive the
required fee in lieu of $30,000. Waiving that fee would potentially trigger a public vote
under Referendum 1 for eliminating a parking requirement with no mitigation.

Ted, I am still working on the process for releasing the affordable housing deed restriction
on the site.
