See attached your requested documents to submit this as a separate permit. Is emailing these to you acceptable? Otherwise I can download them to the website. · A permit app specific to the change order - See attached · A narrative of proposed changes Access steps to the neighboring Mill Building electrical meters were included in our original permit for 322 & 324 E. Bleeker. This was due to us constructing the alley and changing the grading. Upon starting construction on these access steps we determined the steps are slightly over code riser height, so we re-engaged Ron (Aspen Electric) Mitch Miller (Inspector), Jim Pomeroy (City Zoning) and Mike Horvath (City Engineer) to determine the best revision. The result was the attached revised design in which we moved the steps east and classified them as a ships ladder with code required railings. This was reviewed with Denis as well. This new adjusted design has been initial reviewed by everyone mentioned above. · A written letter from the property owner of the adjoining parcel, specifically allowing this work - See attached as part of the permit application · Updated plans - See Attached · Currently approved plans See Attached Thanks, JOSEPH SPEARS, AIA Principal 215 S. Bleeker - Additional Information Joseph, Good afternoon. I’ve shared your plans with Jim Pomeroy in the Zoning department and he has a few issues that need addressing. Additionally, it appears that we are going to need to process this as a formal change order as well. As such, I will need: · A permit app specific to the change order · A narrative of proposed changes · A written letter from the property owner of the adjoining parcel, specifically allowing this work · Updated plans · Currently approved plans Additionally, please set a meeting with Jim prior to your submittal.
