Main Street Dear Phillip, After much head scratching, please consider this alternate method of design for the parking at the rear of the building. We are proposing to relocate the accessible parking to the center of the property. The project contains two ICC A117.1-2009 type B units and this configuration could accommodate two accessible spaces if the need arises. This location also facilitates an efficient use of the accessway to be used by the trash service and also provides an open route to one of the accessible at grade storage unit. And one other reason to move the accessible parking to the center, is that is provides a cover from the weather for those getting in and out of their vehicles. The two parking spaces on the west side will be dimensioned at 8’1” to accommodate this new layout. Thank you so much for your consideration of this parking matter. I hope this letter finds you well and ready for winter! Best regards, Kim Kim Raymond AIA Kim Raymond Architecture + Interiors 418 E.
