FP Responses:
1. There is no encroachment closer than 15' to the cottonwood
tree trunks. The site plan outlines this area of no disturbance
2. Sidewalks within the 15' offset to the cottonwood trees will
be floating and field located by city forester. A note has been
included on the architectural site plan and landscape plans
3. Based on our survey, we are not encroaching on any trees on
Forest Service property.

Karla, these are the three big ones:
1. Verify no encroachment closer than 15’ from cottonwoods.
2. Sidewalks off Hallam need to be floating and field located by City Forester to minimize impacts to cottonwoods.
3. No encroachment into neighboring trees at the Forest Service.
