RE: 521 E. Hyman Avenue – Permit #0093.2018.ACBK
In response to the plan check comments provided on November 12.
1. Electrical COMMCheck updated to include the Owner/Agent information.
2. Second Floor Accessibility – A letter requesting the alternative compliance to I.B.C.
1104.5 for accessibility accompanies the Plan Check response.
3. Interior Elevations 5, 6 & 7 of the Accessible Changing Room are provided on Sheet
A-407.
4. The Special Inspections and Testing Agreement accompanies the Plan Check
response.
5. The Luminaire Schedule and Cut sheets have been coordinated and resubmitted.
6. Notes have been added to segregate the dual-circuit track general lighting from the
display lighting. Retail fixtures are flexible thus, we consider the entire retail floor
area in the COMMCheck.
7. The lighting plans and COMMCheck have been adjusted to include the existing
lighting being utilized.
8. Additional details 4&5/A-307 has been provided for the west wall of Stair 1A, to
clarify the stud specification and connection to the stair stringer.
