Please find your comments and the associated responses listed below for the above-referenced project. 1. Sheet C3. Sheet L-100 shows bike parking in this area that will impact the sidewalk width. According to the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals - Essentials of Bike Parking, a minimum of 72" length is required for bike parking. How can this bike parking be relocated or reconfigured so the bikes do not impact the sidewalk?. YCCD Response: The bicycle racks have been relocated. Refer to updated landscape drawings. Since the bike racks were not shown on the civil plans, there is no associated updated to this drawing. 1. Sheet C9.2. This is not a detail that I've seen before, I've contacted Water Department to see if this is acceptable. YCCD Response: Per your extensive coordination with the project’s plumbing engineer (AEC), he has provided an updated detail for the penetration of the water service through the foundation wall. It is included on Sheet C9.2. Sincerely, Justin J. Yarnell, PE Colorado PE Number 47241 09/06/2019
