The affordable housing unit cannot be reduced in
size. Minimum net livable is 365 on level 1, 596 on
level 2, with a total of 961 SF. This needs to be
fixed. This is a number recorded in APZ Reso
05-19.
How did the net livable decrease but the floor area
didn't decrease?

I read the response regarding area numbers
changing due to existing conditions. Why are the
numbers changing in the addition? Why are some
areas increasing while others are decreasing with
the exact same layout?
Example: areas of Units 2 & 3 are essentially
unchanged in terms of floor area but changed in
terms of net leasable.
What would help is a document laying out changes
for every unit and how/why they have changed.
