Please resubmit following all protocols laid out by Lauren (naming conventions, sets split by discipline, etc.) Page: A0.3z NET LEASABLE & NET LIVABLE CALCULATIONS Page Index: 3 Author: sophiev File Name: 90.230 E. Hopkins Ave_Mtn Forge_Change Order 001.20210405.pdf The affordable housing unit cannot be reduced in size. Minimum net livable is 365 on level 1, 596 on level 2, with a total of 961 SF. This needs to be fixed. This is a number recorded in APZ Reso 05-19. How did the net livable decrease but the floor area didn't decrease? Hopkins Ave_Mtn Forge_Change Order 001.20210405.pdf The partition wall is included in net leasable. Please check the number and update the graphic. This is how the existing basement plan was done. Hopkins Ave_Mtn Forge_Change Order 001.20210405.pdf I read the response regarding area numbers changing due to existing conditions. Why are the numbers changing in the addition? Why are some areas increasing while others are decreasing with the exact same layout? Example: areas of Units 2 & 3 are essentially unchanged in terms of floor area but changed in terms of net leasable. What would help is a document laying out changes for every unit and how/why they have changed. Page: A2.0 PROPOSED BASEMENT FLOOR PLAN Page Index: 6 Author: sophiev File Name: 90.230 E.
