area. Decks are not counted as
non-unit.
Count the trash enclosure as
non-unit and to all units.
The entry area for building "C" is
also non-unit and shall be
alocated among the units that
benefit from the entry area.

FP Response: The chart has been
amended to include the storage units
per unit, decks under the exemption,
trash enclosure divided between the
units listed under non-unit, and the
entry area listed under non-unit
divided between the 3 units that use
that entry.
FP Response: The Floor area in the per unit
table now matches the floor area measured
per building, and does not exceed 5,400.
FP Response: The table now matches
how we calculate floor area, and is revised
to include correct subgrade exemptions,
deck exemptions, etc.
