1. EAST SIDE YARD PER CLOUDED DRAWING:
REVISION: IN ORDER TO RETAIN EXISTING ASPEN TREES, A STEEL RETAINING
WALL WAS ADDED (PARTIALLY REPLACING A CONC WALL). A GATE MOVED FROM
THE NORTH SIDE TO THE SOUTH SIDE, WHICH INCLUDED ADDITIONAL GRAVEL
AREA FOR A PEDESTRIAN PATH. PLANTINGS AND LAWN WERE REVISED TO
ACCOMMODATE THESE CHANGES.
2. WEST PROPERTY FENCE PER CLOUDED DRAWINGS:
MINOR TWEAKS TO SPA AREA IN RESPONSE TO SPA SHOP DWGS AND LIGHTING
3. WEST PROPERTY FENCE PER CLOUDED DRAWINGS:
FENCE RETURN SHIFTED NORTH; LAWN SUBSTITUTED FOR GROUNDCOVER
