Removal of the existing non-conforming shed. As discussed, the shed was removed during the installation of the new foundations (Change Order 0085-2022-BCHO). There is no new shed proposed. The area calculations have been updated. 2. Interior demolition calculations updated to include additional framing modifications at the main level. Interior demo calculation adjusted. Sheets with changes: Z-000, A-100E, A-110E, A-001, A-002 Building: 1. Updated roof assembly 2. Updated & added foundation details at grade beams 3. Electrical Panel relocated inside garage Sheets with changes: A-110, A-500, A-510, A-511 Engineering &WELS: 1. Proposed area drain in lieu of previously proposed linear drain at patio 2. Entry walk modification 3. Replaced concrete with gravel at north &south patios 4. Landscape wall modification at south patio. 5.
