2. I missed the note you had put under allowable floor area -good call -you are correct, this would fall under the
non-conformity language and you would have an allowable FA under the single-family residential standards. Please
disregard my comments on your allowable floor area. Response:Comments disregarded.
3. It looks like there is a shed on the property of Unit 1 that looks like it is going to be torn down and redone.This shed is
within the 10' separation setback between the two dwelling units.This shed cannot project into this 10' separation setback.
Please either remove it and replace it not within a setback, or not touch it at all.
