JEDI Balancing, Inc. 568 Briggs Street(physical) P.O.Box 525(mail) JEOI Erie,CO. 80516 Balancing Phone(720)839-5333 www.jedibalancing.com Report Summary and Remarks Project: 725&727 Cemetery Lane Project: 2022 9703 Scope:The Test and Balance(TAB)scope of work consisted of Air Handling Unit(ERV)-2,(F)-2,(VVT)-6,Exhaust Fan (EF)-10,Pump-10,Balance Valves-9 Procedures: ERV-Constant Volume Each unit has constant volume fans that were set for design airflow and the associated exhaust inlets were set for total air volume.The Outside Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit.The Exhaust Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit.All final TAB settings and performance measurements were completed,and data was recorded on to the appropriate test report forms. F—Constant Volume with Zone Dampers Each unit has a constant volume fan that was set for design airflow and the associated supply outlets were balanced in full cooling demand.The total Supply Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit.The Outside Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit.The Return Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit.All final TAB settings and performance measurements were completed,and data was recorded on to the appropriate test report forms.The associated VAV's Zone Dampers were indexed to full cooling and outlets proportioned for design airflow. Exhaust Fans with Grilles and Hoods The fans were energized,measured and set for total airflow.The associated inlets were balanced as noted in this report. The Exhaust Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit. Final settings and performance measurements were completed,and data recorded on to the appropriate test report forms. Hydronic Systems The Circulation Pumps were indexed to full flow conditions.Initial pump performance and final pump performance was set and noted in this report.The final system settings were completed,and final performance data was recorded.The water coils were index to full flow conditions. Each coil was then balanced using the circuit setters for the most accurate measurement;in lieu of coil pressure drops.The test results and issues are reported on the individual test pages. Motor Tag Data Not Accessible(Embedded) Embedded Motor—Limited motor nameplate information provided.Motor nameplate information is obscured by the motor mounting bracket and not visible without disassembly of the motor from the unit.The motor is accessible for service and maintenance. No Access Between Coils Some unit arrangement prevents access to obtain a complete static pressure profile for all the components. Static pressure test ports could not be safely drilled between the heating and cooling coils without risking damage to the coils and are recorded as"Not Accessible"in the Report. Schematic Line Diagrams Report includes reduced mechanical drawings used for the test and balance work.These"Keyed Drawing"were used in place of single line schematic diagrams and include the unique designations for the tested items in the final TAB report.
