The scope of this review is limited to the structural plans provided.
Structural Plan Comments:
S-1 Sheet S2.002: The section cut at C-3 is a foundation section. Please clarify if needed.
S-2 Sheet S6.002 Section 2: Please indicate the wall double top plate is to be strapped
where it will need to be cut for the installation of the new HSS.
S-3 Sheet S6.002 Section 2: Please provide a means, or clarify on the section how, the top
of HSS column to be braced in the plane of the wall.

MECHANICAL CODE COMMENTS
M-1 No mechanical plans were submitted. Please specify how the art studio will be heated
and whether or not the garage will also be heated. If using existing mechanical system
