Please provide a written response indicating where the corrections are made on the plans. This will speed up the review process. Additional comments may be forthcoming once revised plans and documents are received for review. BUILDING CODE COMMENTS B-1 Refer to Sheet A130: Please provide a smoke alarm in the art studio in accordance with I RC R314. Structural Plan Comments: S-1 Sheet S2.002: The section cut at C-3 is a foundation section. Please clarify if needed. S-2 Sheet S6.002 Section 2: Please indicate the wall double top plate is to be strapped where it will need to be cut for the installation of the new HSS. S-3 Sheet S6.002 Section 2: Please provide a means, or clarify on the section how, the top of HSS column to be braced in the plane of the wall. S-1 Response:Section callout removed.
