Subject: RE: 630 W Hopkins Remodel and Increased Electrical Service Demand
Hey Josh, we do have a 3 phase transformer that you could pull a 600 amp service from on the opposite side of the alley
to the east about 100 feet. You would be required to upgrade the vault underneath this transformer which should not
be to difficult as there is only one other building currently feeding out of that 3 phase transformer. We can meet on site
if needed.Thanks, Ron

Subject: 630 W Hopkins Remodel and Increased Electrical Service Demand
Hi Ron,
I'm working on a major remodel of 630 W Hopkins. Thus far,the design team has assumed that the new home will
require an 800 amp service. Can you identify the transformer currently serving the home and let me know if it has
capacity to serve the increased demand. Do you need any other documentation?
Thank you,
Josh Rice, P.E.
