How is runoff going to make it to the inlet with the path?Also,what is the plan to resolve the issue of the railroad tie curb.A CO cannot be issued without either the approved swale being installed or a standard COA concrete curb and gutter being installed.If you go the route of the concrete curb and gutter a plan and drainage memo showing that runoff makes it to the inlet is required as it varies from what's been previously approved.
