ALSO, SEE THE INDIVIDUAL REPORTS FOR ADDITIONAL COMMENTS. SUMMARY REPORT: This project has been balanced per plans and specifications using the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) standards and procedures . The air handlers and fans have been checked for operating amperage, voltage, rotation, RPM, belt tension, alignment, and operating static pressure . All outlets have been proportioned to +-100 of the total airflow of the system unless otherwise noted. The heating water systems were balanced to +-100 of total flow of each system unless other wise noted. The heating, cooling and exhaust systems are working within the design criteria. _ EF-1/KH-1 : According to the submittals the fan and hood are suppose to have 1, 600 CFM design. Due to the interlock of a wall mounted speed control the hood is drawing 2, 108 CFM. After reading through the information for the fan controller I found the wall mounted dial will override the controller from 0-100% .
