Building Official:
This letter is being written at the request of Anne Grice Interiors regarding the
proposed renovation construction at the above referenced locations. The proposed renovation
drawings and site have been reviewed and it has been determined that no structural load
bearing renovations are proposed for two (2) of these renovations, Units # 308 & # 407.
However, there is proposed structural header proposed for a new common lock off door
between Units # 207 & # 208 in the existing common bearing wall, connecting the two units
together. This header is proposed to be a three (3) ply 2 x 10 DF # 2 with 1/2 inch plywood
spacers as required and two (2) 2 x 6 jack posts & one (1) jack stud / trimmer post. See
attached drawings for existing and proposed conditions. Should you have any further
