See the following checklists and submittal guides for building department requirements: IRC Checklist IRC Submittal guide IBC Checklist IBC Submittal guide 2 Worksheet Instructions: * Find the appropriate worksheet in the tabs below. (R-REMP sheet for residential) (C-REMP sheet for commercial or 4+story residential) * Complete the upper half of the worksheet, including the project address, permit number, parcel ID and all contact information * List all drawing sheets that have REMP information, such as site plans and mechanical plans. * The building official may approve an exemption from REMP in certain cases as described in Ordinance 40, 2016. If you have received approval for this exemption, check the 'yes' box and enter the exempt sqft portions in the new (exempt) row. * Enter all existing onsite snowmelt/spa/pool areas and amounts to be removed or replaced. * Enter new square footages (snowmelt, spa and/or pool) including replaced areas. * The intent is to document all snowmelt, spa, and pool areas on the entire site. Change orders should show the complete picture, including previous change orders and the master permit. * Enter the boiler efficiency being used per manufacturer specifications Note: Boiler efficiency is a minimum of 75%. Electric snowmelt automatically gets 100%. * The mitigation payment due will be shown in the green-tinted box. * If you are planning to install supplemental energy systems: * Determine the type(s)of system and use the appropriate worksheet in the tabs below. PV Worksheet for photovoltaic solar systems Solar Thermal Worksheet for solar hot water systems GSHP Cert for groundsource heat pump systems * The mitigation credits for each system will be automatically entered into your RREMP or CREMP form. If your project has both RREMP and CREMP, it will automatically divide the credits up, with priority given to mitigating the CREMP payment. * The total mitigation credits are subtracted from the total mitigation payment to give you a total REMP payment. * If you previously paid a REMP payment as part of this project, enter the amount previously paid. If a refund is due, it will be displayed. Note that per policy, $750 is deducted from refunds for administrative expenses. Expires 180 days after certificate of occupancy. 2015 IECC RESIDENTIAL RENEWABLE ENERGY MITIGATION PROGRAM CITY OF ASPEN VERSION 11,3 UPDATED DECEMBER 13, 2017 PROJECT ADDRESS: 234 W.
