1.The FOR for the structural design needs to provide a Special Inspection program and you need to get a
special inspector on board for the field fabrication.

LETTER WAS ADDED
2.The wall of the cottage on the property line and the eve are required to be one hour. Is this siding going to be
new in the area?
PER CONVERSATION WITH BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND HPC, 1 HOUR FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY WILL
BE PROVIDED AT THE EAST SIDE OF THE COTTAGE WHICH WILL REQUIRE A FULL REPLACMENT OF
THE EXTERIOR WOOD SIDING AND ROOF OVERHANG ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE. ALL HISTORIC
ELEMENTS WILL BE REPLACED IN KIND IN COORDINATION WITH HPC. REFER TO UPDATED SHEET
A-311.
3.Why the 2 hour doors?
INTERIOR DOORS WERE REDUCED TO 1 HOUR RATING PER CODE REQUIREMENT.
4.The window and door schedule have incorrect U-values. 0.28 is the maximum, plan shows .32.
WINDOW/ DOOR SCHEDULE WAS UPDATED TO REFLECT 0.28 U-VALUE FOR NEW UNITS
THROUGHOUT. EXISTING WINDOWS AT HISTORIC BUILDINGS ARE EXCEMPT AND REMAIN AT 0.32.
AN UPDATED RESCHECK WAS PROVIDED.
5.Where are the wall type tagged to the assemblies?
EXTERIOR WALL TYPES WERE TAGGED ON PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS A-100, A-101, A-102 AND
PROPOSED BUILDING SECTIONS A-300 THROUGH A-305; WALL TYPE LABELS WERE ADDED TO
SHEET A-530.
6.In the schedule label the emergency escape windows.
EMERGENCY WINDOWS WERE LABELLED IN WINDOW/ DOOR SCHEDULE.
7.Provide an APSP-15 worksheet for the spa and a ASTM 01346 F safety cover.
APSP-15 WORKSHEET AND ASTM F1346-91 COMPLIANCE LETTER WERE PROVIDED.
8.Provide a complete RREMP worksheet. Revise the inverters maximum continuous output and there are no
values in the snowmelt and spa.
UPDATED REMP WORKSHEET WITH SNOWMELT, SPA AND UPDATED PV INVERTER INFORMATION
WAS PROVIDED.
9.The sheet ZN-200 does not match M002. Please revise.
SHEET ZN-002 WAS UPDATED TO MATCH M002 SNOWMELT AREAS.
10.Provide details for a listed Class A roof assembly.
ROOF ASSEMBLIES WERE UPDATED TO MEET CLASS A REQUIREMENTS THROUGHOUT.
REFER TO A-530 AND A-531.
11.Where is the relocation [plan for the historic resources ?
